Gosnold Treatment Center: |

Rte 3 South: From Rte. 3 South, head
over the Sagamore Bridge onto Rte. 6. Take exit
1 off of Rte. 6. You will come to a set of lights
at the end of the exit ramp, turn left on to Sandwich-Bourne
Road. Continue on Sandwich-Bourne Road until you
come to the Bourne Bridge Rotary. Take your third
exit off the rotary marked Rte. 28 / South. Stay
on Rte. 28 through the Otis Rotary, continuing on
Rte. 28 / South. You will come to a set of lights.
Take a right at the lights, turning onto Ter Heun
Drive. You will see signs to Falmouth Hospital.
Continue past Falmouth Hospital, The Visiting Nursing
Association, and the JML Care Center. Gosnold on
Cape Cod will be on your left at 200 Ter Heun Drive,
immediately after the JML Care Center.
495 South: From Rte. 495
South, go over the Bourne Bridge and take your second
exit off the rotary marked Rte. 28 / South. Stay
on Rte. 28 through the Otis Rotary, continuing on
Rte. 28 / South. You will come to a set of lights.
Take a right at the lights, turning onto Ter Heun
Drive. You will see signs to Falmouth Hospital.
Continue past Falmouth Hospital, The Visiting Nursing
Association, and the JML Care Center. Gosnold on
Cape Cod will be on your left at 200 Ter Heun Drive,
immediately after the JML Care Center. |
Heading West: From the Mashpee
Rotary, turn onto Rte. 28 West heading towards Falmouth.
Continue on Rte. 28 into Falmouth. At the intersection
on Rte. 28 and Jones Road, turn right at the set of
lights (Stop & Shop will be on your right), following
the signs to the Falmouth Hospital. Continue on Jones
Road until you come to a second set of lights at the
intersection of Gifford Street and Jones Road. Continue
straight on Jones Road, passing straight through the
lights. You will approach another intersection and a
set of lights, at the intersection of Rte. 28 and Jones
Road. Pass straight through the lights and Jones Road
ends and becomes Ter Heun Drive. You will see signs
for Falmouth Hospital on the left. Continue past Falmouth
Hospital, The Visiting Nursing Association, and the
JML Care Center. Gosnold on Cape Cod will be on your
left at 200 Ter Heun Drive, immediately after the JML
Care Center.
Gosnold at Cataumet
From Rte 3 South: Head over the
Sagamore Bridge onto Rte. 6. Take exit 1 off of Rte. 6.
You will come to a set of lights at the end of the exit
ramp, turn left on to Sandwich-Bourne Road. Continue on
Sandwich-Bourne Road until you come to the Bourne Bridge
Rotary. Take your third exit off the rotary marked Rte.
28 / South. Continue on Rte. 28 until you approach the
Otis Rotary. At the Otis Rotary, take your first exit
marked Rte. 28A / Cataumet. You will come to a set of
lights immediately, turn left at the lights onto Rte.
28A, heading South. The TSS Program is roughly 2 miles
from the lights on your right, at 1140 Rte. 28A.
From Rte 495 South: From
Rte. 495 South, go over the Bourne Bridge and take your
second exit off the rotary marked Rte. 28 / South. Continue
on Rte. 28 until you approach the Otis Rotary. At the
Otis Rotary, take your first exit marked Rte. 28A / Cataumet.
You will come to a set of lights immediately, turn left
at the lights onto Rte. 28A, heading South. The TSS Program
is roughly 2 miles from the lights on your right, at 1140
Rte. 28A.
From Rte. 28 Heading West: From
the Mashpee Rotary, turn onto Rte. 151 West heading towards
Falmouth. Continue on Rte. 151 to the end. You will pass
through 3 sets of lights, and at the fourth set of light,
take a right onto Rte. 28A North, this is the intersection
of Rte. 151 and Rte. 28A. Continue on Rte. 28A North,
passing Holly Park Shopping Center and the Cataumet Fish
Market on your left. The TSS Program is roughly 4 miles
from the lights on your left, at 1140 Rte. 28A.
The Miller House
From Rte 3 South: Head over the
Sagamore Bridge onto Rte. 6. Take exit 1 off of Rte. 6.
You will come to a set of lights at the end of the exit
ramp, turn left on to Sandwich-Bourne Road. Continue on
Sandwich-Bourne Road until you come to the Bourne Bridge
Rotary. Take your third exit off the rotary marked Rte.
28 / South. Stay on Rte. 28 through the Otis Rotary, continuing
on Rte. 28 / South. You will come to a set of lights at
the intersection of Rte. 28 and Jones Road, continue straight
through the lights, following signs to Woods Hole, passing
through Falmouth center. The Miller House will be on your
right, at 165 Woods Hole Road, approximately one mile
from Falmouth center. The Miller House is set back from
the road between The Woods Hole Research Center and The
Sea Education Association campus, diagonally across the
street from Treetops Condominiums.
From 495 South: From Rte. 495

28 through the Otis Rotary, continuing on Rte. 28 / South.

a right, turning onto Rte. 28A, (West Falmouth Highway)
heading north. The Emerson House will be on your left,
and the address is 558 West Falmouth Highway or Rte. 28A.
Emerson House is next to the Quaker Meeting House and
across the street from the West Falmouth Fire Station.
From Rte 495 South: From Rte.
495 South, go over the Bourne Bridge and take your second
exit off the rotary marked Rte. 28 / South. Stay on Rte.
28 through the Otis Rotary, continuing on Rte. 28 / South.
Take the Brick Kiln Road exit off of Rte. 28. At the end
of the exit ramp, bear right and continue to the intersection
of Brick Kiln Road and Rte. 28A, (West Falmouth Highway).
At the blinking light, take a right, turning onto Rte.
28A, (West Falmouth Highway) heading north. The Emerson
