Gosnold seeks a Director for its inpatient rehabilitation program at Cataumet. Responsibilities for this 40 bed, coed facility include program and administrative oversight.
The successful candidate must have experience in the management of inpatient addiction treatment services; demonstrated ability to supervise and provide technical support to staff; ability to assess, plan and implement program operations; knowledge of regulations affecting service delivery such as JCAHO; experience working with managed care organizations, and the interpersonal skills to service key accounts and referring parties.
Masters degree and addiction certification and/or licensure required. Also, at least five years of progressively responsible program management experience.
