Full-time for independently licensed clinician, LICSW, LMHC or licensed Psychologist, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience, and progressively responsible management experience. This position will assume many responsibilities including: oversight of the clinical services provided out of the Centerville Clinic; budgeting; staff productivity; QA; staff supervision; direct service; collaboration with other Gosnold Program Managers to contribute to the strategic objectives of the organization.  Knowledge of commercial behavioral healthcare practices, evidenced based treatments, managed care principles, provider development, and quality improvement principles is essential. Gosnold on Cape Cod seeks an Addiction Medicine physician with a primary care background to join our organization on scenic Cape Cod. Specific job duties center on ambulatory detoxification, overseeing the Medication Assisted Treatment service primarily using Vivitrol, and participating in the development of primary medical care services.  Specific duties include performing medical evaluations, diagnoses and treatment plans for individuals who suffer from chemical dependency including some with psychiatric illnesses, and overseeing the medical services in the department.  Seeking a team player to work with our multidisciplinary team. Gosnold is a not-for-profit organization that provides a wide range of inpatient services with 175 beds in multiple levels of care including detoxification, intermediate and extended care, and assisted sober living. Seven outpatient clinics complement the inpatient programs as do specialized services such as Recovery Coaching, school based services, community prevention programs, primary care integration programs, and a family services division.  With more than 400 professional and support staff, Gosnold is a leader in the implementation of innovative approaches in the treatment of addiction.  

Ideal candidate will have experience in inpatient detoxification and outpatient addiction medicine. Board certification in Addiction Medicine preferred but not required.

Part-time positions for experienced, energetic clinicians to facilitate evening groups for patients in early addiction recovery.  Intensive outpatient is a 4-5 hour service.  This is a great opportunity for qualified persons with a Master’s degree or certification as an addiction counselor who are interested in providing group treatment.
