Title ADDICTION FAMILY COUNSELORS

Job Information

This is an opportunity for experienced family addiction counselors to join the award winning Gosnold at Cataumet clinical team.  As a team member you will be responsible for scheduling and facilitating family meetings, conducting addiction education sessions, conjoint therapy meetings, and integrating family treatment to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care. This position requires excellent organization and presentation skills, an understanding of family addiction dynamics, intervention skills, and the ability to facilitate patient-family group sessions.   Master’s Degree required. Title ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Job Information

Full-time front desk position for experienced, flexible, detail-oriented person with good computer and communication skills.  Must be able to communicate effectively with patients, insurance companies and other health care professionals. The hours may vary from 10:30 am – 6:30 pm or 11:00 am – 7:00 pm, based on coverage needs.  Knowledge of managed care insurance plans preferred and medical office experience required.

Title PHYSICIAN – ADDICTION MEDICINE
Job Information

Gosnold on Cape Cod seeks an Addiction Medicine physician with a primary care background to join our organization on scenic Cape Cod. Specific job duties center on ambulatory detoxification, overseeing the Medication Assisted Treatment service primarily using Vivitrol, and participating in the development of primary medical care services.  Specific duties include performing medical evaluations, diagnoses and treatment plans for individuals who suffer from chemical dependency including some with psychiatric illnesses, and overseeing the medical services in the department.  Seeking a team player to work with our multidisciplinary team. Competitive salary and benefits package.

Gosnold is a not-for-profit organization that provides a wide range of inpatient services with 175 beds in multiple levels of care including detoxification, intermediate and extended care, and assisted sober living. Seven outpatient clinics complement the inpatient programs as do specialized services such as Recovery Coaching, school based services, community prevention programs, primary care integration programs, and a family services division.  With more than 400 professional and support staff, Gosnold is a leader in the implementation of innovative approaches in the treatment of addiction.  

Ideal candidate will have experience in inpatient detoxification and outpatient addiction medicine. Board certification in Addiction Medicine preferred but not required.

Gosnold is seeking highly-motivated and dedicated team-players for per diem shifts.  The position requires an exceptional capacity to interact positively with patients in early stages of recovery, excellent communication skills, basic computer abilities, and a willingness to learn and grow in a challenging and rewarding field. Knowledge and understanding of the 12 step philosophy is a plus.  Must have valid MA driver’s license.
